Weddings & Birthday celebrations
Weddings and birthday celebrations can be hosted in a beautiful Garden Party style setting in Solgården’s charming surroundings. The villa accommodates up to 32 guests in double rooms, with 13 double rooms in the main building and 3 in the courtyard house. When all rooms in the main building are reserved, the entire villa is exclusively yours, including hosting.

Solgården has hosted successful crayfish parties for decades. The charming dining room is perfect for private gatherings, with one long table seating up to 28 guests. Crayfish and beverages are provided by us. Catering can be arranged through an external catering company, and we are happy to recommend several top providers.

The venue rental fee for weddings or birthday celebrations is 350 €. In addition, staff during dinner and the evening are charged at 30 € per hour plus VAT per waiter. Our staff take care of table setting, dishwashing, general hosting, alcohol service and sales, as well as final cleaning. We hold a full alcohol license, meaning all alcoholic beverages are provided by us. Jubilee tableware rental assists with hiring the tableware and outdoor furniture of your choice. Celebrations and music may continue outdoors until 22:00, after which the event must move indoors.

Meetings, planning days, and team gatherings can be arranged in the beautiful and idyllic setting of Villa Solgården. Meetings are typically held in the breakfast room after breakfast service, which on weekdays usually concludes at 10 am.
The venue rental is 120 € per day or 70 € for up to 4 hours. The rental includes a projector and flip chart.
Catering can be arranged according to your wishes.
You can find information about different activities under the Activities section. Bicycles are available for guests to rent on site at 20 € per day.
There are several dinner options to choose from. We can arrange a long table dinner on site with table service. Alternatively, if you would like to dine in the East Harbour with sea views, we recommend Ravintola Origo, Ravintola Itämeren Portti, Ravintola HSF and Hangö Farm Deli. It is advisable to make table reservations well in advance.
